Update: Physicals will only be offered from 6pm-7pm tonight.

This will be the last date to get your football or cheer physical completed with the league ($25). If your athlete still needs a physical or if you paid for one during registration, please plan on attending. There will be no refunds issued for physicals not completed due to non-attendance.

All paperwork will be accepted on-site (player contract, physical form, player birth certificate, year-end report card).
